Cubesoft, Who we are. Cubesoft was created as an Open Source software group, using the GNU General Public License(GPL), that would develop 3D games for specifically Linux and on the side Windows 9x/NT and BeOS. Pretty much any platform supported by CrystalSpace should work, hopefully. Any of them using the Makefile system for compiling should work without change. This is NOT a guarentee though. Just becvause we are a (somewhat) organized group does not mean we will exclude anyone, or not take contributions from anyone.

We need Help! We still need some help in some areas-programming, modeling, and level design. Of course, we could always use help in other fields. For more information go to development notes, and Features and Plans will help also.

Projects:

Omigg Project(Omigg is Multiple Implementations of Game Genres)-this project will be a series of games that include Death, Destruction, Decay, and others. This is a our main project. I consisder this game to be like a convergence of Fury3, Hexen II, MechCommander, and some others.

Rogue3D-Take a Rogue game and a 3d engine and converge the two into a Zelda64 like game.
Note: Development on this is set aside until Omigg version 1.0.0 is released, unless someone else wants to go ahead and start.

RPG Ideas-A 3D game based off of the OMIGG code. Its style will be a combination of Seiken Densetsu series(Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy Adventure), Final Fantasy VI, and Star Ocean.
Note: Development on this is set aside until Omigg version 1.0.0 is released, unless someone else wants to go ahead and start.

Misc-Other ideas we have of taking classics and moving them to 3D to make them live longer, and so modern MODS can be made using them
